No return charge applies! We cover the full cost of your return.

We offer reverse pick-up services at no additional cost, subject to availability in your area. The courier company will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the pickup attempt fails, you will need to ship the item back to our address. Reverse pick-up is available only in areas where the service is operational.
Refund and Exchange

For prepaid and COD orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days after the return pick-up. The refund amount will equal the value of the returned product(s), excluding any shipping charges (if applicable).
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once the order has been shipped, it will fall under the return and exchange policy.

Important Note on Unboxing
To enhance our return and exchange process, we request that you record an unboxing video when opening your package. This video helps us:

Refund Timeframe
Once the return is processed, please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds will be applicable for that order.

For partially paid orders, if the customer refuses to accept the order at delivery, the pre-paid amount will not be refunded.
How to Request a Return/Exchange

Log in to Your Account: Use your registered email and password to access your account on our website.

Go to the Orders Section: Click on the "Orders" option in your account dashboard.

Select the Order: Find the order containing the item you want to return or exchange and click on it.

Click the Return Button: Choose the item(s) for return and click the "Return" button. Provide a reason for the return or exchange (e.g., wrong size, defective product).

Wait for Approval: Once your request is submitted, we’ll review and approve it. You’ll receive a reverse shipment notification via email with further instructions.

We accept exchanges within 1-2 days of delivery.

Ship the Item Back: Follow the instructions in the reverse shipment notification to send the item back.

Receive Refund or Exchange: After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send the exchange item.
