At Shoe and Boot Company, each pair is carefully crafted based on your order to ensure premium quality and a perfect finish.
EXCHANGE WINDOW
- We offer exchange requests within 2 days of delivery
- Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Step 1: Email your order details (Order Number) to shoeandbootcompanyofficial@gmail.com
Step 2: Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps
Step 3: Once approved, you will receive confirmation along with shipping instructions
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Reverse pickup service is currently not available
- Customers are requested to ship the product back at their own cost
- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase is required
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE
- Used, worn, or damaged products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products showing signs of use or trial
- Urgent or priority orders
- Hygiene-sensitive items (socks, insoles, etc.)
- Requests raised after 2 days of delivery
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 2 days of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as the production process begins
