How to Initiate Your Return

Step 1: Email your order details, including the Order Number, to shoeandbootcompanyofficial@gmail.com 

Step 2: You will receive return instructions via email. Follow the steps provided and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Step 3: Once your request is approved, a confirmation email with shipping guidelines will be sent to you.

Note: We currently do not offer reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Request Window

You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Item Not Arrived

If your item hasn't been delivered within 7 days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at

Return & Exchange Conditions

- Products must be in original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Policy:

- No charges will be deducted for exchanges.

Return Policy:

- A 7% deduction will be applied on the refunded amount to cover shipping and handling charges.

Non-Returnable Items

- Used, worn, or altered products

- Products damaged due to customer handling

- Items without original packaging.

- Customized or personalized items.

- Clearance or final sale items.

- Items showing signs of wear or being tried on. 

- Urgent or priority orders placed at the customer's request

- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks, insoles), gift cards, or digital products

- Requests made after the 2-day window from delivery

Faulty or Broken Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Email shoeandbootcompanyofficial@gmail.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

- Submit your cancellation request via email.

- Refunds will reflect in your original payment method within 4-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If the cancellation window is missed, you may return the item after it arrives, following our 2-day return policy.

Change of Mind Returns

- Product must be unused and in original condition

- Does not apply to customized items, gift cards, or hygiene-sensitive products

- Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer

- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- A 7% deduction will be applied to the refunded amount

Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Email shoeandbootcompanyofficial@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will send return instructions.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. Approved refunds

will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
